Milk and Cookies Fudge

Just a new quick and easy recipe. This is a nice sweet treat, that is super fun to make. You can also use the no-bake cookie dough recipe for anything else you might want to make!

Milk and Cookies Fudge

This recipe makes 48 pieces of fudge at 100 calories each.

Ingredients:

No-bake cookie dough:

  • 50g butter (softened)
  • 90g soft brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 70g plain or all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbs milk
  • 25g dark chocolate chips

Fudge:

  • 525g white chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • 400g (1 can) of condensed milk
  • dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Line two loaf pans measuring 4″x 8″ or one 8″x 8″ pan with baking paper.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar for the cookie dough.       DSC_0251
  3. Add the vanilla, flour and milk and mix until combined.
  4. Mix in dark chocolate.
  5. Break up small chunk of dough and scatter over the bottom of the baking tray. DSC_0252
  6. Now make the fudge base by melting together the white chocolate and condensed milk in a double boiler or the microwave, mixing regularly until completely combined.
  7. Pour fudge into baking trays and smooth the top.
  8. Break up the rest of the cookie dough and press into the top.       DSC_0253
  9. You can also add some dark chocolate chips to the top of the fudge and press in as well.
  10. Let fudge set in the fridge for at least three hours before cutting up and serving.  DSC_0255
  11. Store pieces in the fridge.
